The customized discreet service is a genuine contribution to the general atmosphere, and helps the Chefs’ haute cuisine become a truly exquisite experience. Enjoy French cuisine at Pur’ – Jean-François Rouquette, a fine restaurant located near the Opéra Garnier.

For any reservation at Chef’s Table, please kindly note that a unique menu is proposed at 300€ per person, including an 8-courses menu with wine pairing, aperitif, water and tea or coffee.
