Panerai Yacht Club - June 1st to September 30th
From June 1st to September 30th, 2019, for the third consecutive year, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme celebrates the beautiful days in partnership with Panerai the watchmaking company. The Michelin-starred Chef Jean-François Rouquette pays tribute to Mediterranean recipes, in the hotel’s brand new terrace, for an elegant stopover between the Parisian swirls.
Spring is in the spotlight in Jimmy Mornet’s new Tea time
Strawberry-wasabi tart, citrus-passion fruit Baba, poached rhubarb & thyme, and cherry & basil dessert: these are some of the delicious creations of the new spring Tea time by our pastry Chef Jimmy Mornet.
The Tea time is served everyday between 3PM and 6PM at La Cheminée, with a hot beverage (50€) or with a hot beverage and a glass of Champagne (65€).
An exclusive menu at Sens restaurant
From Saturday, March 16th 2019, our Michelin-starred Chef Jean-François Rouquette creates an exclusive menu at Sens restaurant, available every Saturday.
Burrata, black truffle, hazelnuts & baby leeks, Baby spinach leaves, grilled shrimps with thyme, avocado & fennel, Braised bass, celery, «Savagnin» sauce & seaweed tartar, discover this gourmet selection, served with a glass of Champagne ‘Laurent-Perrier’.
The new Easter Tea time by Jimmy Mornet
Until April 22nd, discover the new Easter tea time by our pastry Chef Jimmy Mornet. Enjoy a selection of snacks and pastries as the tipi, the Moaï or the peace pipe, served everyday at La Cheminée between 3PM and 6PM.
Tea time is served with a hot beverage (50€) or with a hot beverage and a glass of Champagne (65€).
Celebrate Easter at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme
For Easter, Jimmy Mornet, Pastry Chef at Park Hyatt Paris - Vendôme pay tribute to the Hualapais. This reproduction of an Aboriginal chief, more specifically from the tribe of Hualapai, consists of 64% dark Manjari chocolate and 32% Dulcey chocolate. The feathers on the headdress are made of 40% Jivara milk chocolate.

Chef Jean-François Rouquette invites families and friends to gather at Sens restaurant to celebrate Easter Sunday with an exceptional Champagne brunch.
Three exclusive weeks at Sens restaurant on the theme of the black truffle, seafood and asparagus.
The black truffle menu has been the first of three exclusives menus from February the 18th to the 22nd at Sens restaurant. The seafood and shellfish menu was the second one, from March 18th to 22nd.
From April 8th to 12th, discover the “Provence’s asparagus” menu. These delicious green asparagus from Provence are cultivated by two nature lovers in a sustainable agriculture.
The new winter Teatime by Jimmy Mornet
Our pastry Chef Jimmy Mornet created this brand new winter teatime to enjoy a gourmet break at La Cheminée, close to the fireplace. Once again, these salted and sweets creations are as succulent as they seems and even better with a hot drink and a glass of Champagne.
Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme’s Winter Chalet reopens
Built from an old sheepfold, this winter refuge "nestled" in the terrace is intimate and warm. A magic atmosphere is created inside thanks to a decoration of snowy mountains straight out of a refuge at the foot of the slopes: a haven of peace in the heart of Paris, a cocoon where luxury meets greed.
Jean-François Rouquette and Jimmy Mornet, propose you for lunch and dinner a Swiss Raclette, with black truffle from Provence upon request.

Air France presents its new dishes signed by Jean-François Rouquette
Air France is for the first time entrusting the creation of two signature dishes per month in the La Première cabin to Jean-François Rouquette.
For even more culinary delights throughout the Air France network, La Première customers are able to enjoy the chef’s creative and refined dishes on flights from New York, Tokyo, and Shanghai to Paris.
His culinary creations, inspired by his travels around the world, can be enjoyed until March 2019.
Our michelin-starred Chef Jean-François Rouquette has released his first cook book. Discover his universe, and his signature dishes through the great recipes, meet his team and start the experience at restaurant Pur’ - Jean-François Rouquette.
The book is available for sale at the hotel and in the restaurant, and can be ordered on line on the FNAC website.
Pur’ - Jean-François Rouquette
In the video, we are invited by Chef Rouquette in Plouguerneau, in Britain to meet Sylvain Huchette, abalones producer, whose breeding is certified "organic farming". These abalones, fed with fresh hand-picked seaweed, inspired one of the Chef's signature dishes, which he declines according to the seasons. Together, the Chef and his producers are looking for excellence and share the same philosophy: taking care of their guests and offering them the best.
The nature, the seasons and the meetings inspire the very personal culinary universe of the Chef. It is the result of 35 years of experience and the fruit of his travel diaries.

The world of bistronomy invites himself in the Parisian Palace, to the delight of our taste buds! The notion of sincerity and sharing is at the heart of the project, for a user-friendly experience, focused on product quality and know-how.
